If both parties decide to work together, your employment contract will be signed.
RECOGNITION & VISA
After the signing of your employment contract, we will initiate the professional recognition procedure and help you arrange your visa.
ARRIVAL & START OF WORK
After your arrival, we will support you with your administrative procedures, health insurance, opening a bank account, etc.
We will remain at your side and answer all your questions.
INTEGRATION
During your orientation at your new workplace, we will accompany you and provide you with all important information about
your new employer and life at your new place of work.
OUR LANGUAGE ACADEMY
We will train and prepare you for the tasks at your new workplace!
In order to be able to work in Germany, you need good German language skills in addition to your professional qualifications. For this reason, we have established our own online language academy, where you can improve and expand your language skills. Our entire service is free of charge for you.
With us you can learn German free of charge and flexibly at different learning levels. All you need is a stable internet connection and a laptop. We will help you individually design your learning plan and will offer extra-occupational language courses after your arrival in Germany.
REQUIRED LANGUAGE SKILLS
Arrival is only possible after reaching language level B1.
The language level target of B2 can also be reached after arrival,
but is mandatory for the work permit.

RECOGNITION OF FOREIGN PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
First, your reference profession will be determined, i.e. which German profession comes closest to your learned profession in your country of origin. Subsequently, it will be checked whether the qualifications are equivalent. If an equivalence is determined, the profession is automatically recognized and approved.
However, for professions that were not learned in the EU, a deficit, i.e. a difference, is usually determined.
This difference can be compensated, either through a knowledge test or an adaptation course.
After successful completion of this compensation measure, your German certificate is issued and your professional recognition is complete. With your certificate, you can then work without restriction throughout Germany.
